Sphera S.r.l. provides the end user of the products with a 2-years warranty from the date of the Reseller's purchase by the Seller and it is non-renewable. In case of replacement and/ or repair and/ or other interventions carried out during the period of validity of the Guarantee, It will not take effect a new warranty period and the product replaced/ repaired or otherwise maintained will then be guaranteed for the remaining period of validity of the original warranty. In the absence of suitable documentation proving the purchase and the relevant date, the Guarantee does not operate, unless otherwise determined by Sphera S.r.l. The repair or replacement of defective products and/or components is subject to shipment to the authorized Dealer or Service Centre.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS NOT ATTRIBUTABLE TO SPHERA S.R.L

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

• Incorrect installation of the product
• Accidental dents due to negligence in use or intentional
• Incorrect and/or unsuitable maintenance of products such as lack of cleanliness
• Malfunctions and/or breakages due to impurities of all kinds and/or foreign matter in pipes, limestone and frost water
• Failure and/or malfunction resulting from high salinity and/or chlorine levels in water
• Failure and/or malfunction due to sand, debris and/or impurities in the water
• Deterioration of finishes due to use of products not recommended for cleaning
• Aesthetic defects such as stains, scratches or dents not communicated prior to the installation of the product and/ or carelessness on site
• Wear of the product
• Disassembly or tampering of the cartridge
• Failure to install appropriate pressure reducers and filters upstream of the system and failure to install filters to the products where required
• Pressures and/or temperatures not exceeding the parameters indicated in the instruction manual (5 Bar)
• Technical interventions, repairs and/or modifications of the products carried out by the end user and/or technicians and/or third parties not expressly authorized by Sphera S.r.l., excluding the normal maintenance to be carried out by the end user, as indicated in the Product Care and Maintenance Warnings
• Natural or socio-political events (such as, but not limited to, atmospheric events, fires, natural disasters, war events, terrorist events, riots and/or unrest)

Sphera S.r.l. declines all responsibility for any damage that may, directly or indirectly, result to people, things or animals.

Any changes and/or additions to this Guarantee may only be made by Sphera S.r.l in writing.
